“We listened to our contract network and wanted to do a major overhaul in the fourth quarter of 2020 with a diverse range of loan product options, a more flexible point-of-sale experience, improved loan approvals and an optimized financing process. The solar industry for private households continued to develop in 2020 despite some major hurdles. We pride ourselves on the fact that so many of our plumbing partners are working to find creative solutions in this challenging and rapidly changing environment and we will continue our efforts to provide tools that will help sales reps close more deals and lead executives more efficiently ” said Skyler Hopkins, SVP of Solar Sales for Dividend.
Dividend Lite – The Single Page App
In addition to the new partner portal, Dividend has started a one-sided application to ensure maximum speed and flexibility at the point of sale. Dividend Lite requires less upfront data entry and enables a customer to go from pre-qualifying to signing loans with a single click. At the same time, it ensures the industry’s best consumer protection and data security protocols that the industry expects from Dividend.
Direct payment with CED Ensemble
After almost three years of steady growth, Dividend is starting a new financing structure with the CED Greentech Ensemble program. With Ensemble, installers can access up to 50% payment and avoid the burden of bookkeeping and credit line management while having exclusive access to the Dividend Ensemble suite of products. The latest version of this partnership eliminates the need for careful project management and invoicing and ensures a more precise and streamlined financing process.
In the coming months, Dividend will enter into strategic partnerships with some of the most popular point-of-sale tools in the solar industry, as well as custom integrations for installer partners. Whether installers have built in-house software or are using third-party applications, Dividend can integrate pre-qualification, document signing, and pipeline management workflow to create a truly seamless experience for the entire company.
