Software and services company CleanSpark has completed the strategic acquisition of Solar Watt Solutions, a commercial and residential solar developer in Southern California. This acquisition of an experienced solar and storage installation team will accelerate CleanSpark’s residential plans along with the mVoult microgrid product line.
